What we collect

KidsWorksheets accounts are for adults only — teachers, parents, and guardians. We collect only the following:

• Email address — to create and recover your account.
• Download activity — to apply the 5-per-day guest limit and track your download history as a registered user.
• Anonymous session identifier — a temporary token used to manage guest access. No personal information is attached to it.

We do not collect device information, crash reports, or any technical data from your device. We do not create profiles for children. We do not collect names, ages, or any information from minors.

What we never do

• ✕ We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
• ✕ We never collect personal information directly from children under 13.
• ✕ We never share your email with third parties without your explicit consent.
• ✕ We never send push notifications to your device without your permission.
• ✕ We never track your location.

Advertising

KidsWorksheets is currently ad-free. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Any ads shown will comply with family-friendly advertising standards and will not be targeted at children.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

This app is designed for adult users — teachers, parents, and guardians — who download worksheets on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted information through the app, contact us immediately at support@kidsworksheets.net and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@kidsworksheets.net. We will respond within 3 business days.

Users in the European Union have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in two ways:

• Directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• By emailing us at support@kidsworksheets.net

Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account is permanently removed within 30 days.

Data security

All data is encrypted in storage and in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Our servers are hosted in ISO-certified data centers within the EU.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Once your account is deleted, all associated personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
