By downloading, installing, or using the KidsWorksheets application ("the App"), you ("User," "Teacher," or "Parent/Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The educational worksheets are designed for use with children; however, children do not directly register or create accounts on this platform.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by emailing support@kidsworksheets.net.
KidsWorksheets does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. The App is designed for adult educators and parents/guardians on behalf of children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information without parental consent, contact us immediately at support@kidsworksheets.net and we will promptly delete it.
All content available through the App, including worksheets, graphics, logos, and instructional text, is the property of KidsWorksheets and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. KidsWorksheets does not warrant that the worksheets are pedagogically suitable for every student, age group, or curriculum standard. Use is at your sole discretion and professional judgment.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KidsWorksheets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability shall not exceed USD $100.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — for example, by circumventing download limits or distributing worksheets commercially.
Upon termination, your license to use worksheets already downloaded for ongoing classroom use remains valid; however, you may no longer download new content. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@kidsworksheets.net.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and via an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ecuador.
